Alan Morelli, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Director. Mr. Morelli has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of OptimisCorp since incorporation in 2006. From 1998 to 2006, Mr. Morelli served as the Managing Director of Analog Ventures. Prior to that, he co-founded Precise Exercise Equipment in 1994 and Fitness Innovations & Technologies (FIT) in 1996. Mr. Morelli's experience in mergers & acquisitions, reorganizations and restructuring transactions began in 1986 at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. He has published and lectured on a multitude of business topics, including developments in corporate law relating to mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, e-commerce, media, technology and the development and protection of intellectual property rights. Mr. Morelli received a BS from Rutgers University, magna cum laude, a Scholar Athlete Award and G.H. Cook Scholar Honors, and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.

Ashraf Abdelhamid, President of Achieve Orthopedic Rehabilitation Institute, Inc. and Director. Mr. Abdelhamid has served as a Director of OptimisCorp since October 2008. He is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. Mr. Abdelhamid obtained a Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy School from Finch University of Health Sciences/The Chicago Medical School and BS in Physical Therapy from Cairo University Faculty of Physical Therapy. Mr. Abdelhamid is currently finishing his PhD degree in physical therapy at NOVA Southeastern University, Florida.
Brian Wing, MBA, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Consolidated Electrical Distributors and Board Member. Mr. Wing has served as a Board member of OptimisCorp since September 2011. He is Senior Vice President and CFO for Consolidated Electrical Distributors, Inc., a Forbes Top 100 Private Company and previously served as Partner at Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Wing received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Applied Science (Economics) from the University of California, Los Angeles, and his International Master of Business Administration and Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California.
Bert Camp, Director. Mr. Camp has served as a member of the Board of Directors of OptimisCorp since October 2012. Mr. Camp has significant small business experience including in real estate as both an investor and appraiser. Mr. Camp is a graduate of Merlo College in Palo Alto. Mr. Camp also serves on the Independent Committee of the Board and provides input on the corporate leases.
Laurent O'Shea, Director. Mr. O'Shea has served as a member of the Board of Directors of OptimisCorp since October 2012. Mr. O'Shea is Principal at O'Shea and Associates, PLC. He has been practicing law in the state and district courts of California for the past 26 years. He is a licensed real estate/mortgage broker and also licensed with the California Department of Insurance. Mr. O'Shea graduated Cum Laude from the University of Dallas, in 1984, lettering all four years and captaining the golf team for the last three. He received his JD from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1987.
Scott Schroeder, Director. Mr. Schroeder has served as a member of the Board of Directors of OptimisCorp since October 2012. Mr. Schroeder is President and co-founder of Affinity Advisory Network. He also hosts Retirement Boom Radio, acts as financial source for the Dallas Morning News and has co-authored books which focus on retirement, including his latest book "Retirement Boom: The Baby Boomers' Guide to Financial Mastery." Mr. Schroeder earned his Bachelor Degree in marketing from Texas Tech University, is a graduate of the financial consultant program at Smith Barney and has taught personal finance at SMU's extension program.
Joseph "Brandon" Barker, Executive Vice President, Product Development and Engineering. Mr. Barker joined OptimisCorp in 2012 and quickly rose to his current position where he oversees the software services division. Prior to OptimisCorp, Mr. Barker was a leader at Epic Systems where he designed, developed and implemented complex integrations between systems for several large healthcare organizations across the country. Mr. Barker holds a MSIM degree from WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
James Lin, Treasurer, Assistant Secretary, Executive Vice President, Finance and Accounting. Mr. Lin became part of the OptimisCorp executive team in May of 2013. Prior to his position with OptimisCorp, Mr. Lin was the Corporate Controller at InSight Health Corporation, where he directed financial stewardship initiatives within the $200 million company. Mr. Lin also worked as the Interim Controller of eEye Digital Security, Inc. and as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis – Medicare Prescription Drug Plan (Part D) during his tenure with United Health Group Incorporated. Mr. Lin received his Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington, is a licensed CPA in the State of Washington and is a candidate for Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.

Helene M. Fearon, PT, FLC Principal. Helene Fearon is a partner at Fearon & Levine, Inc., (FLC), a consulting company for professionals and regulatory agencies. She specializes in educating and training in documentation, data management, coding and payment strategies for rehabilitation services. In 1986, she co-founded Fearon Physical Therapy, a practice specializing in the treatment and management of orthopedic, neuromuscular diagnoses. Ms. Fearon has served on various boards and held elected positions with the AMA and APTA and is frequently called upon for her expertise in the areas of payment policy strategies and CPT codes. She is current chair of the Private Practice Sections Government Affairs Committee and served as a governor appointee to the State of Arizona's Board of Physical Therapy Licensure from 1999 to 2007 and President of the regulatory board from 2003 to 2007. Ms. Fearon graduated from Marquette University's Physical Therapy program.
Stephen M. Levine, PT, DPT, MSHA, FLC Principal. Steve Levine is a partner at Fearon & Levine, Inc., (FLC), a consulting company for professionals and regulatory agencies, where he specializes in practice management, compliance, payment strategies, CPT coding, and the Resource Based Relative Value Scale (RBRVS). Prior to FLC, Dr. Levine operated a private practice in Maryland for over 18 years. He has been an active member of the APTA for 25 years, serving high-level elected positions such as Vice-Speaker of the House and was appointed to the AMA's HealthCare Professional's Advisory Committee of Relative Value Scale Committee. Additionally, Dr. Levine has worked extensively with federal agencies, including the Office of the Inspector General, Department of Justice, and Federal Bureau of Investigation in the areas of fraud, abuse, medical necessity, and medical policy review. Dr. Levine received his degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland at Baltimore, a Masters Degree in Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, and his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from A.T. Still University of the Health Sciences.

Marcellus Wiley is a retired NFL defensive end drafted in 1997 by the Buffalo Bills as the 52nd overall pick. During his 10-year career he played for 4 teams and was selected to the AFC Pro Bowl team in 2001, as a member of the San Diego Chargers. Mr. Wiley has worked for ESPN and ABC since 2007 as an NFL analyst and is the co-host of daily Los Angeles radio show, The Max & Marcellus Show. In 2010, he overcame a life long fear of water and learned to swim in order to participate in the 2010 OptimisSport Distance Swim Challenge and has committed himself to raising awareness for drowning prevention. Mr. Wiley graduated with a B.S. in Sociology from Columbia University. Mr. Wiley is recognized for his genuine style, which makes him an ideal role model for athletes of all ages and a great ambassador for our OptimisSport brand.
Julie Foudy was a member of the US Women's Soccer Team for 18 years and a captain for 13 of those years. Ms. Foudy won 2 of 4 Women's World Cups in which she participated and won 2 gold medals and one silver medal in 3 Olympics with the US Team. She was Captain of the WUSA's San Diego Spirit and a 4 time All-American at Stanford University, where she was inducted into the Stanford Sports Hall of Fame. Ms. Foudy is currently an analyst for ABC Sports and ESPN, a lead in the play-by-play team for the 2011 Women's World Cup, and broadcaster for NBC's Olympics' coverage. She created the Julie Foudy Sports Leadership Academy to help girls develop and expand their leadership skills while helping them become better soccer players. Ky Hurst has won a record 7 Australian Ironman and 26 Surf Lifesaving Australian Championships and is inducted in Surf Lifesaving's Hall of Fame. Mr. Hurst was a member of the Australian Olympic Team at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and 2012 London Olympics where he competed in the 10K marathon swimming event. He won the 2011 10K Australian Open Water Championships, which earned him a right to compete at the 2011 FINA World Swimming Championships where he placed fifth. Mr. Hurst placed second in the 2010 OptimisSport Distance Swim Challenge and placed first in 2012. His work in protecting marine sanctuaries led Australian marine biologists to name a newly discovered species of prawn after him. Mr. Hurst's unheralded open water skills and amazing longevity in the sport, together with his commitment to the environment, make him a great ambassador for our OptimisSport brand.
Brendan Capell won the 2004 25km FINA World Open Water Championship at the age of 20 by beating the four-time defending champion Yuri Kudinov by two minutes, becoming the youngest male ever to win the event. He was inducted into the Marathon Swimming Hall of Fame in 2006 at the age of 22. In 2010, Mr. Capell swam across the Strait of Gibraltar from Spain to Morocco and also attempted to break the English Channel Crossing Record only to be beaten by hypothermia 3km from French land. He placed third in the 2010 OptimisSport Distance Swim Challenge. Mr. Capell has become one of the most sought after youth swimming coaches in Brisbane. He is a spokesman for the Black Dog Institute's "Exercise Your Mood" campaign designed to educate the public on exercise's ability to lift the mood and relieve some symptoms of depression. Mr. Capell's commitment to working with the next generation of swimmers and promoting the benefits of living a healthy and active lifestyle makes him a great ambassador for our OptimisSport brand.
